    It was a day like any other slow, quiet, and calm. Time seemed to creep slower and slower each day. This day seemed to be peculiar I had to admit, then it dawned on me, time changed.          Palmer knew that he didn’t have much time left to reach the light, he could feel it. His mind was now preparing itself for what could be his last attempt, maybe his one last shot.
