The sun disappeared behind the clouds. The leaves in the trees rustled due to the chill air. The clouds grew darker. The stars were twinkling in the night sky. It was a beautiful night time. Macy was awake after a long nap. She got up from her bed and poured the tea from the kettle. Her hands were so weak enough to hold the kettle frimly. The bonfire glowed upon her loosened skin. Her white hairs displayed clear sign of old age. As usual, she sat on the armchair kept in the balcony. Macy's evenings are the same everyday. Banana-Fana-Fo

Ernest stood before the supermarket freezer section, contemplating the flavors. Vanilla...strawberry... chocolate...coffee...all the usual stuff. Nothing really appealed to him. He opened the door and pulled out the closest pint, paying no attention to the flavor (ice cream is ice cream, isn't it?). I was a Peace Corps volunteer. I arrived as a stranger to a town called Chuma. There I had the most wonderful dream.I had just taken a 19 hour bus ride for less than 101 miles. Note miles not kilometers, Meaning? I was on an alternative reality world. Where pounds, miles, and the sun was yellow not white.I had met some people who invited me to a party. That the party is or was for several days and nights. I did not comprehend. Why? I did not party like that. Nor in my reality did we dance for days on end.So getting off the bus. I was met by one of my only friends in that reality and the rest o...uX0one door
