Merry Christmas
“You’ve seen that girl, Brenda Sullivan from school? Well, I want you to get to know her and see if you can’t get her to like me,” Terry stated.“You mean that weirdo Goth girl that’s always wearing black, leather outfits? You crushing on her. I mean, yeah, she’s pretty but all that black makeup, it’s a bit much,” Lilian commented.“Yeah, maybe I am. So. Promise that you’ll at least try,” he stated.“Okay. She kneeled down and cautiously sifted through the filth. A wrinkled old grocery list, a few buttons…then, her fingers touched something ...
Alter’s Rose
Alter is a landscaper who works for a nice owner on the north side of town. The houses on the north side have the nicest gardens which seem to attract people from all over. It’s the first day of the week working in the owner’s garden. Alter strolls through excitingly looking for his favorite flower. It stood out among the others with its long stems, and bright yellow pedals. Alter made sure he gave his beloved extra care. Alter strangely calls the flower “Rose”, when it’s actually a sunflower. “Rose” keeps him entertained, and kept him entertained everyday for ten years. Over the years, the ot...
