Dear diary, I'm stuck
17/01/2022 Hello, my dearest of all diaries, (that’s how I’m supposed to start this, right?) God… anyways, nobody’s ever going to read this, I guess, so it doesn’t really matter. Well, if, by any chance, someone’s reading this, and be it only future me trying to bathe in teenage, no, young adult memories, hi, I hope you’re doing well. I, meanwhile, am stuck, stuck with nothing to do except stare out a window just to see a wall of snow blocking my view and, which of course is more unfortunate, the only door leading out of this trap. I guess that’s an exaggeration. I mean, there are some books i...
Christmas Crisis
I’ve been in the car for way too long. I’m running out of songs to play and I refuse to listen to Cwww.onedoor.cchristmas songs on the radio. My phone is ringing for the eighth time in a row. Ugh, of course, it’s Mom again. “Hey, Mommy!”, I say as I answer the phone with faux joy. “Vanessa, you’re going to be late”“I know Mommy. I’m stuck in traffic, I’ll be there soon”“I told you to stick to the back roads, you never listen to me. Ever since you left for college you never come to visit and the family only gets to see you around the holidays. And when you do come to visit you’re always with that boy or your...

He is balder, I think. Mom said this is to get Alice healthy again. We will play then, and her hair will grow back. Dear Diary, I am still alone at home, and Alice is in the hospital. It was quite a battle today. LEGO soldiers took over the City of Dinosaurs. They are smart because they went there when many dinosaurs were away, hunting under the bed. They also made peace with the Giraffe. He is the genera...
Lavenders and Tea
The restaurant was empty like it used to be back in days when it started. It was really a surprise to how they paid their employees in full. Though it hardly mattered to Adreesa Vollen, she was busy smelling the scent of cinnamon and the water it boiled in. The restaurant was like those you once wished to have an elite cup of tea and breakfast in. Beautiful and light structure covered in shades of white, light pink on the ceilings with a chandelier that might have cost fortunes to our beloved owner of the restaurant. It was really a matter of fact that the restaurant was about to breathe its l...
