In a spare room on the second floor of his house, Erik fixedly stared at the closed window. It looked like an ordinary window: two thin panes of glass, white wooden frame— just a simple country-style window in a simple country-style home. He stared, and he stared. It was for hours that Erik gazed at the window, unsure why he was so transfixed by it. FROM THE DIARY OF WORKER #6289

I have decided to write down here in my diary everything I can remember about what happenedwww.onedoor.cc to me and how I came to live elsewhere.Today I found myself waking along a trail through a redwood forest that had somehow survived human mishandling of Mother Earth’s gifts. So, like all the other robots I work with, I came in. The day was going pretty well, the snow wasn’t that heavy, work was easy-ish, and I had a good lunch. But then at 2, it all came down. Now, I’m stuck at work in a blizzard, with people who are so stuck up they won’t even talk to me. I’m not, nev...QTWone door
