    As usual, it was a very beautiful morning in the little village of Bregenz, north of the Austrian Alps. The huge mountains standing majestically with snow lines gracing their tops was an ever-pleasant scenery. Pleasant enough to make you forget that half your country is involved in a war which the chances of winning becomes slimmer day by day.
