    There was blood stained on his shirt.It was raining on this night in modern era Japan. This man’s hair was wet and hung a bit across his forehead. His beard and shirt glistened with rain water as he looked down at the man on the other side of the doorway.     Yellow Lights

    There were pillars lining towards the entrance of the conference hall, each pillar painted an immaculate white with yellow lights shining on top of them, each was at least 6 feet tall and sturdy looking, and everyone seemed to be in awe of them as they all took out their respective phones to start snapping one for the gram.     The Bonfire

    By the time I stepped outside, the leaves were on fire. It was pitch black save for the bonfire, and it was only a moment ago I had stepped into the nearby house for a bathroom break, but as the one in charge of the flame, I suppose I shouldn’t have left the work to others. There was something serene in the dry leaves, dancing with their newfound flames, but I knew I couldn’t let them continue to dance.
