It was almost time. Poppy stared out thewww.onedoor.cc frozen window, looking at the white snow. She waited, but knew she didn't have to wait long. After a short while, she walked into her room, got her boots, coat, hat, gloves, and put them on. Poppy walked outside and felt a rushing cold breeze hit her cheeks. She looked at the landscape, it was quite a sight to see, the trees were shimmering in the sun, it looked very peaceful. Memories in the Snow

You know, from the moment you’re born, that you’re meant to be a Memory-Keeper.  As your eyes open for the first time, looking around at the wonders of the world you’ve been born in, you can see the semi-transparent “shadows” behind people, looking on with expressions of wonder or sorrow or joy. Just Like We Used To

I begin styling my hair, my hand so used to the motion I barely even think about it. Instead, my thoughts drift to the person I am about to see, that I haven't seen in so long ago.Mike.Even thinking about his name feels surreal. We barely even saw each other the other night at the bar, I didn't even know he was back in town. It was like seeing a ghost. Mike apparently felt the same as I remember the way his eyes widened. What surprised me, though, was how instead of asking how I was or something that people usually say when they haven't seen each other for centuries, he suggested going sledd...YUpone door
